Instabillie is situated one mile north of the Bay of Skaill, Orkney, overlooking the beautiful sandy beach. Close to Skara Brae, Skaill House, Brough of Birsay and numerous other must-visit locations in Orkney, this is the ideal base for your Orcadian adventure.

Our Orkney self catering accommodation consists of two separate cottages, renovated in 2012 to a very high standard including all modern conveniences such as free WIFI throughout.
